The Importance of Paint Correction

Paint correction is a professional, multi-stage process that goes far beyond a simple polish or wax. It is the art of restoring and rejuvenating your vehicle's clear coat by carefully removing surface imperfections like swirl marks, fine scratches, oxidation, and holograms. These defects are often caused by improper washing techniques or automated car washes, dulling the paint and significantly diminishing its gloss.

Using advanced compounding and polishing methods, specialized machines, and precision lighting, our certified detailers safely and permanently level the clear coat. This meticulous approach doesn't just cover up flaws; it removes them, resulting in a deeper, richer color and a reflective finish that is visibly superior to a factory finish.

Beyond the Wash: Erasing Years of Wear.

Why Paint Correction is Essential for Luxury Cars

Luxury vehicles, especially those with custom or high-end paint, demand the highest level of care. Defects like swirl marks are highly visible on dark colors and glossy finishes, significantly detracting from the car's aesthetic value. Paint correction at Lance's Auto Spa is crucial because it maximizes the finish's clarity before applying any protective coatings. If defects are left beneath a ceramic coating, they are permanently sealed in.

By achieving a flawless foundation first, our correction process ensures that subsequent ceramic coatings or sealants bond properly and deliver maximum visual impact and durability. This commitment to perfection not only restores beauty but actively protects the resale value of your elite automobile

Preserving Investment-Grade Appearance.

FAQs

How much does PPF cost ?

We offer several packages to fit your needs and budget:

Partial Front: Starting at $995.

Full Front: Starting at $1,895.

Full Vehicle: Starting at $5,500.

Note: These are starting prices; the final cost may vary based on the size and condition of your vehicle.

Is Ceramic Tint or Regular tint better ?

Ceramic tint is definitely the better option. While we offer both, we highly recommend our ceramic lines (XPEL Prime XR and XR Plus) for the following reasons :

Heat Rejection : Our ceramic films block up to 88% (XR) or 98% (XR Plus) of infrared heat, keeping your cabin much cooler than regular tint.

UV Protection : Both options provide 99% UV protection, but ceramic tint offers superior clarity and thermal insulation without interfering with your electronic signals (cell service, GPS, etc.).

How many years does ceramic coating last ?

We use XPEL Fusion Plus ceramic coating, which provides a high-gloss finish and hydrophobic protection. It comes with a 4-year warranty, ensuring your vehicle stays protected against environmental contaminants and UV rays while remaining much easier to clean.

How long does PPF last ?

The XPEL Ultimate Plus paint protection film we install is designed for long-term durability. We provide a 10-year manufacturer's warranty that covers the film against cracking, bubbling, or peeling.

How much coverage should I do with PPF on my car ?

We offer three main levels of coverage depending on your driving habits:

Partial Front: An entry-level option covering the most high-impact areas (bumper, mirrors, and the front portion of the hood/fenders).

Full Front (Our most popular choice): We recommend this for complete protection of the front end, ensuring there are no visible lines across the hood or fenders.

Full Vehicle: This is the ultimate choice for total peace of mind, protecting every painted surface of your car from scratches and road debris.

Does PPF yellow over time ?
No. We use premium XPEL film, which is specifically formulated to be stain-resistant and UV-stable to ensure it stays optically clear. Our 10-year warranty specifically covers the film against yellowing, so you can be confident your car will look great for years to come.
